A Dissemination and Multiplier event in Piraeus, Greece took place at University of West Attica on October 17th 2019. More than 80 participants have attende this event and had the chance to learn about the TEXMODA MOOC, and quite many of them had the chance to enrolled at this event on the spot.
The Conference "Advanced technologies for textile and fashion industry", was organized by LATIA on 17th of October, during the biggest in the Baltic States fair "Baltic Fashion & Textile Vilnius", attended by participants from 21 countries.
The conference was opened by Vice-Minister for Economy and Innovations G.Vilda, moderated by KTU professor R.Milašius, and the developed MOOC "Advanced Technologies for Textile and Fashion Industry" was presented by coordinator of ERASMUS+ project TEXMODA D.Mikučionienė.
The main output of the project TEXMODA, is to develop a massive open on-line course (MOOC) on Novel Technologies for Fashion In-dustry. The target audiences are students and recent graduates of higher education and post-secondary VET institutes that attend or have attended related study fields (clothing and textile industry, fash-ion) and employees of SME’s working in textile and fashion industry.
The TEXMODA project final conference, took place in Athens Greece, on 21st of September 2019, during Athens Fashion trade show (20 to 23 September 2019). This is the largest fashion trade show in Greece, South East Europe and the Eastern Mediterranean and happens twice a year, in September and January, at Metropolitan Exhibition Center in Athens. Because of the simultaneous implementation of both events, the impact of the TEXMODA conference and dissemination of project outcomes were multiplied.
The project TEXMODA final meeting, has been organised in Piraeus, Greece, on September 13th 2019. All partners met in order to plan further dissemination of the project´s deliverables and especially of the Massive Online Open Course. The meeting was very successful and the mood of the partners has been very good, thanks to the successful ending of the project. The partners expressed their willingness to collaborate again in other projects. Many thanks were given to the project coordinator Kaunas Technical University and Prof. Daiva Mikucioniene for the successful coordination of the project.
